The Apartments at Park Mansions | Kolkata

Space-planning and interior design, decoration and styling for a 3-bedroom serviced apartment, located within a sensitively-restored 19th century building in central Kolkata. The brief from the client – Apeejay Surrendra Group – asked for a luxury scheme to attract one of the highest rentable values in the city. The design scheme included 120 pieces of bespoke furniture, set within a suite of large rooms opening out, via an Orangerie, onto an expansive terrace.
